About

Built for people who care about staying informed.

SummAIrise is an AI-powered personalised news digest. We built it because staying on top of the news is important — but reading through dozens of websites every day isn't a realistic ask for most people.

You choose the sources you trust, the topics you care about, and the format that works for you. Our AI reads everything, filters out the noise, and writes you a sharp, concise digest — on demand, in seconds.

SummAIrise draws from 11 live news sources including BBC News, Reuters, The Guardian, Al Jazeera, AP News, and more. Every digest is unique — built around you, not trending topics or algorithmic clicks.

We're a small independent product, built in London. We're just getting started — and we'd love your feedback.

1. What we collect. When you use SummAIrise, we collect the email address you register with, your digest preferences (sources, topics, tone, length), and basic usage data (number of digests generated). We do not collect payment details directly — payments are processed securely by Stripe.

2. How we use it. We use your data solely to provide the SummAIrise service — generating your personalised digest, managing your account, and improving the product. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. AI processing. Your digest preferences and the articles fetched from live RSS feeds are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your digest. No personal identifying information is included in these requests. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to that processing.

4. Cookies. We use minimal session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

5. Your rights (GDPR). If you are based in the UK or EU, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us.

6. Data retention. We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time.

7. Contact. For any privacy-related questions, please reach out to us via the contact details on this page.
